AMT Performance is the data controller responsible for processing the personal data handled through this website. You can contact us at info@amtperformance.ad.
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, telephone number and message so that we can respond to your enquiry. The information is sent to the workshop through Resend, our transactional email provider, and is not stored in the website database.
Authentication and account management are provided by Clerk, an external identity provider that may offer sign-in with Google. We use an account identifier to securely link the authenticated user to their workshop customer profile.
When you enter your customer number, we query Taller GP, the workshop management system, and import your first name, surname, telephone number, email address and vehicle details, including registration number, make, model and year. The Customer Area displays your profile and vehicles. Invoices and estimates — including their number, date, amounts, status and PDF link — are retrieved from Taller GP in real time and shown only to the corresponding authenticated customer; they are not stored permanently in the website's own database. This information is not shared with third parties except where necessary to provide and protect the service.
If you cannot find your vehicle, you may provide an optional name, contact details and a description of the vehicle. The request is stored temporarily so that it can be handled and is notified to the workshop by email through Resend.
We process data on the basis of your consent when you submit a form or request, to take steps before entering into a contract, and to provide the services you request. Technical data needed for security is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in preventing abuse and protecting the website and user accounts.
We use Clerk (authentication), Taller GP (workshop management), Resend (transactional email) and Google Maps (the location map embedded on the Contact page) to provide the service. We apply access controls and request limits to prevent abuse. These limits use anonymised technical identifiers; IP addresses are not stored in plain text.
Data linked to the Customer Area is retained while the account remains active and for any additional period required by applicable legal obligations. Contact-form data and requests are kept only for as long as needed to deal with them, carry out any necessary follow-up and meet those obligations.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to info@amtperformance.ad. You may also lodge a complaint with Andorra's competent data protection authority, the APDA (Agència Andorrana de Protecció de Dades).
